Ingredients:
- 12-15 people servings
- 1 lb 2F Akaushi Stew Meat
- 1 lb 2F Akaushi Beef Bacon
- 2 lbs 2F Akaushi Ground Beef 80/20
- 3 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained
- 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 green chile anaheim peppers, seeded and chopped
- 4 cubes beef bouillon
- ½ cup beer
- ¼ cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
Instructions:
- Brown all beef in small batches and set aside. Discard the grease but 2 to 4 tbsp.
- Add all the chopped veggies and peppers.
- Sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add seasonings
- Add Beans, Tomato Sauce, Beer, and beef back to recipe.
- Cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, Fritos, and jalapenos
